"First Restoration removed wet carpet from our game room due to a sewer back-up. This back-up had also occurred about eight years earlier. First Restoration actually found the source of the water entry. It was hidden underneath a cabinet that was totally sealed up and not visible at all! For some reason an uncapped pipe was sticking up out of the foundation there. Unreal! We had that unexplainable open PVC pipe capped and hopefully it will prevent any future problems. Needless to say, we were thrilled with that discovery! "
